  • Moringa oleifera is a tree native to tropical and subtropical parts of Asia.[3] Every part of the tree is edible, but the parts used mostly by humans are the leaves and seed pods called drumsticks. The leaves are the most nutritious part of the plant, being a significant source of B vitamins, vitamin C, provitamin A as beta-carotene, vitamin K, antioxidants, manganese, and protein.[1][2] What makes moringa medicinal is the high amount of vitamins and minerals found in the leaves. Taking moringa is like talking about your daily vita-gummies x10. This plant is an awesome source for your daily boost of vitamins and minerals.
